In my case, I sometimes use dial-up access. When the limit/IP is reached, I just hang up and make another call so that I can get a different IP. I also use computers in a lab. But this one isn't practical to everyone here.
Dial-up access is really slow but you can certainly check more than 1000 #s per day.
