Case X got Rfe and 2 nd FP done everthing. No company change.
The case X stright away approval or Denail?

My question is will It be transfer to local office
some body said It can be transfer to local office! Is It true.

I am not guru, sharing my experience and gaining knowledge from others.

If I take a guess it won't be transferred. Because RFE will be issued only after opening your file, If your medical requires special attention they will send it to local office not bothered about sending RFE. I have seen some cases transferred to local office after RFE because they might be changed company etc.,

Or else I didn’t see any reason why they will transfer straight forward case.

These strategies won’t work with VSC. It is up to the immigration officer sitting in VSC.
 
If RFE happened before 2nd fp in this sequence
RFE -> RFE received -> 2nd fp issued,
then you're 100% safe.

Because they have looked at your RFE documents, and issued you 2nd fp, that means they temporarily approved your case.
Once 2nd fp is done, and your case get picked up again, they will complete the case with approval.

I dont think there is a pattern to receiving your 2nd FP notice and not getting the case transferred to the local office. Same with 2nd FP notice and an RFE.

I got my RFE then my 2nd FP notice before I responded to the RFE, and then the case was transferred to the local office.

I think we should not read too much into the FP notices. I personally think , the timing or # of FPs do not impact the overall 485 processing.
 
Dengdeng's theory is logical although BCIS may transfer a few unlucky ones after RFE and 2nd FP.

Hope our petition will stop this RFE/FP2 shit.
 
BCIS transfer 2nd fp case only if they have not reviewed the case, and the 2nd fp was issued directly after it expired
