Q. AC21, If I move a new company by myself

Hello,

Things are getting worse. Anyway, if I move to a new company by myself, means I quit current job, and get a new job, is that OK under AC21 law? It is passed more than 1 year after i-485 applied. Pay has been reduced too much. Thanks to sharing your knowledge and experience.

Sure you can get a new job - ensure that the job description is the same as what is mentioned in your LC.

Also inform INS of the change of employer.
