Q about medicals...

A friend of mine just got the letter saying to go for her medical. Does she need to take photos with her? Since I did this process a while back cannot remember the procedure.

Her medical form contains her photo but there is also a mention about brining duplicate photos. Any info on this will be appreciated.

Yes photograps are required for medical examination depending on the place u go for the medicals

We just completed our medicals here in NJ and the drs. office asked for 2 addtl. photos for each member (besides the one on the form).
