I have two questions that I need your feedback on:
1. When submitting the PWD request, does the employer have to provide a wage that he thinks he will have to pay? I am asking this because the PWD form has a spot which asks the employer to provide the wage? However, I am surprised because what is the purpose of the employer providing a wage, and then SWA giving the prevailing wage?
2. When preparing the SWA job order, does the employer have to give a full job description or he can provide only the ad the same way it was given for the Sunday newspapers?
