PW and PERM

the PW for my job came back as $150,000 which is way above what i am paid, the lawyer is going to check again.
is there anything else that can be done, i know the employer would not pay that much, what if they say that they can pay that salary , but later on dont have to pay
 
PW salary

By stating they can pay the salary and later they will not could be fraud and cause you and your employer lots of trouble with the DOL and USCIS. be very careful... Try redo a job description that meets a lower wage level...

1. Job Title classified by SWA
2. Qualification required(MS+ x yrs):
3. PW level set by SWA
4. Which State
 
Very honestly-

Lawyers are NOT that experienced in this process. I suggest you keep close eye on what they day - as lawyers have tendencies of giving new "surprises"
each day ....
