Puzzling letter

So CRIS updates few weeks ago to "Current Status: Notice Returned as Undeliverable." for my I-485. The same day, I call the customer service line to update to my current address. In response, I get a notice saying they need additional review and they are actively processing my case. What is going on? All I wanted to know was the content of the original undelivered mail.
 
You moved and changed address without updating your address?
Expect some delay but it should not be long.
Usually 2-3 months from what I noticed with other people in same situation.

You can try an info pass if you wish..
 
I had updated the address online so when I got this update on CRIS, I changed the address through the phone (again).
So if there was a notice out earlier, why are they sending me a note saying they need additional review on a SR that's just updating the address?
Did they lose the original notice or something?

When you move you should update your change twice: online + call CS or file AR-11 or something like that. You can update online only if you are a USC.
 
The double update was because they sent the mail to the old address after I'd changed the address online.
Anyway, disregard all that, why are they sending me an "additional review" letter because I want them to resend the notice that was undelivered?
