Dear All, I need some guidance as some of you may have faced a similar situation. My company (a global IT giant) has already filed an EB-1 EA for me. While the lawyer is optimistic about my case, I'm almost certain I'll get an RFE. While no one can predict what the RFE will say, I can work on the areas (i.e., publications and conferences) that I think are a little weak in my application while the NSC is taking its own sweet time to process my application. However, given the fact that the company I work for has a dedicated media relations/PR power house, I can't just go and publish articles in journals/magazines on my own. Attending conferences also requires approvals for participation as well as $'s. Is there a way around this red tape without of course violating any policies?
