My I-485 will be filed soon. I have this concern that I was arrested on public intoxication charges...yeah!! I screwed it up while partying!! and then while talking to the judge I was told that there was also a charge of trespassing.
Now, PI charge was taken off but tresspassing went in the record.
My question is will it effect my GC process? Can it be denied? Shall get a lawyer to work with me to get the tresspass charge off the record.
Any help will be appreciated.
