I need advice on a Immigration matter.
One of my close relatives just got a license for Physical Therapy for Michigan. But she wants to work in Texas. She is around 4-6months aways from completing licensing requirements for Texas.
Is it possible to file for a I-140(incl Work Permit) through a employer in Michigan and then transfer it to Texas after she gets a license here. I heared right now there are around 50000 GC visas available for PT/RN applicants and would like to take advantage of them before they run out.
