hello members .. i would appreciate if some one could help me .. i have my elder brother in USA on humanitarian parol for 1yr and my parents are green card holders. Now as he is on humanitairan parol he does not get any medical benefits , he is metally retarded and physically handicapped so he requires medical help . Now i have found out that he can get some medical help if he is on PRUCOL status. I wanted to know if we apply for the prucol status does his status of humanitarian parol get changed also as my uncle has sponsored him will applying for this status any way affect the sponsor. i would appreciate if any one could help me out with this or just let me know if there is some way for him to get some medical benefits.
