I applied for my birth certificate .The authority back home said that they can issue a provisional birth certificate now and will give the original later(dunno when ).Since the birth can be register now, they are not willing to give Non avilability certificate.
I have affidavit from my parents regarding my birth date.Is the provisional birth certificate with the two affidavits(from both parents) acceptable ?
the provisional certificate is basically is given on a plain paper with stamp from the medical officer and the municipality officer .
Please advise .
