Prove my qualification is equvivalence to BS for EB2 filing

I got admission in MBA (computer science) and MSIT in one of the ASCSB recognised university.
for my carrier prospective i am intrested in MBA but i have alos applied for EB2 GC want to check before i take a step.
whether for GC process is MBA is enough to prove that my education is equal to BS
or do i need to join in MSIT?
OR does it matters?
