I'm working on H-1B. I'm also I-485 pending, got my EAD, AP, I-140 approved. If I give up H-1B status and start working on EAD and using AP to travel - how would I protect myself in case anything goes wrong with my I-485 ? Can I leave US and re-enter on H-1B again ?
