Currently, I am doing a residency and on 3rd year of H1b Visa. There is one and half year more to finish my residency. I will be applying for jobs soon. If I find a job now or in next 6 to 10 months, can I apply for a Prospective Green Card processing? Or Is there something called as Prospective green card?

In your situation, you can look for an employer willing to start the process to obtain a green-card for you. Depending on your specialty and the practice situation of the employer, they might be able to obtain a 'labor certification' and file an immigrant petition before you start with them. That way, the usually lenthy process can be shortened.
