Pros and Cons for switching from EB3 to EB2

Let us discuss this EB3 to EB2 transfer issues thoroughly in this thread. I request all of you who have done this to post their cases on this thread and to suggest the positive points and loop holes of doing this change. The way EB3 is moving, looks like it has no future at all. For those of us, who has a chance of getting a job position suitable for EB2 category, we should give our serious thoughts of pursuing this now. Else our future looks gloom. So, please post all kinds of issues related to EB3 to EB2 transfer on this thread.

I was expecting same after another visa bulletin, people will see all options to switch to EB2. My PD is also Nov 2002 (current in EB2 ) but my labor is EB3
