Hi,
do I need to indicate the part on the I-140 form that refers to the proposed employment if I self-petition my application fro EB1-EA?
There is the question about permonent employment. Since I do not ask the employer to sponsor the petition, should I make statements about my future employment? Should I attach a letter from the future employer for EB1-EA?

Thanks!

AGM6,

Haven't we already been through this at http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=231944?

No, you don't need employment letter for EB-1 EA. Sec. 204.5(h)(5) of 8 CFR, "No offer of employment required. Neither an offer for employment in the United States nor a labor certification is required for this classification; however, the petition must be accompanied by clear evidence that the alien is coming to the United States to continue work in the area of expertise. Such evidence may include letter(s) from prospective employer(s), evidence of prearranged commitments such as contracts, or a statement from the beneficiary detailing plans on how he or she intends to continue his or her work in the United States".
