Thank you all guys for your valuable comments. I am at the end of my one-year J1 program, back home in august with my I-20, and back US on F1 visa. LucyMo, can you give some recommendations on the embassy passage from J1 to F1. What is proof of non-intent to immigrate? I have 212E (HRR), but should not be a problem to get F1. Any recommendations you guys can give me in order to make a good apllication in the embassy will be appreciated. Thank you.
