Proof of labor application submission

Hi,

My attorney says, that they have filed my papers for labor approval.

To confim that, do I get any receipt or letter from labor office.

They told no proof can be given for LC stage.

Is that true.

Please advise.

Also, I heard it takes only few weeks in Delaware to get LC approval !!. Is that true?

I would really appreciate any kind of advise.

Proof

State department alsways send letter when they receive application for LC to attorney. In my case it was to my manager also. (so 1 copy to your company).
My manager gave me that copy which indicate priority date, and file number.
Once case is approved SWA (SESA) will send copy againg to attorney and company saying that your case is send to regional office.

I would suggest if things are current and you don't get response in almost 6 weeks then inquire again. or ask your manager or call to state department
