Proof Of Intent To Go Back After Studies?

Hi!

Can someone advice on how to show BCIS the proof of intent to go back to the home country after studies? My wife is in the process of changing her status from H4 to F1 and BCIS requested this information.

What documents from the home country should be presented? Should my wife have any property/bills under her name? Can she provide property details of her father? Are there any other documents the we can provide to submit to BCIS?

What I showed them when I got my status changed from B2 to F1 was two houses in my name, which they are not, but nobody checks. But that you have to get assessed from a recognized property ( manager or assessor, I think they are called, and get the same noterized). My father is that, so he did it for me. But again nobody checks it. Around 5 lakhs in a reputed bank account. Sponsor's Affidavit of support, I think that should do it.

I am sending this query to help one of my class mate. He would like to do his internship in US. He has contacted a firm called AHA (American Hospitality Academy) based in South Carolina who is charging an amount of USD1000.00 for their services.

I would like to know whether this is a genuine organization before dealing with them.
