Will I be asked to present proof of funds if I (a U.S. Citizen) travel to Canada for the purpose of using a via rail pass to travel from Vancouver to Halifax over the course of 30 days. In addition to my ticket from NYC to Vancouver at the start, I will have a ticket home from Halifax to NYC. Will I even be asked to provide proof of funds?
