Proof from somewhere?

My wife interviewed for a job today and the HR dept saw the EAD which expires in Sep 2005. They needed a receipt for renewal we filed for the EAD. However the USCIS allows renewal only 6 months before EAD expiry. They needed a proof of that. Is there anywhere I can get that.

about EAD. You can make them understand that EAD is valid for an year and it could be renewed every 6 months until the PR is approved. My wife had done temp jobs on EAD at many places and she didnt have any probs in convincing them.
 
I had the same prob

And I asked my lawyer to give me a letter saying 485 is pending.....under such n such law /class.....applicant is entitle to get EAD until 485 pending....also lawyer mentioned that if spouse has GC then most likely chance of her getting GC is 100....

I don have format of that....bcos they spoke with my lawyer...and then they were convinced...
