Hi,I have my naturalization interview coming up.What documents are needed to prove that you have been staying for 3 months in the same state?Is the driving licence and car insurance papers enough?Thanks.

house ownership?
bank statement (it is weak thou)

What about also your utilitiy bills? Those may be better than DL. (One could be driving with the license issued by the state of his previous residence for a certain period (e.g. a month) after moving to a new state -- so, DL can provide only weak evidence for the state of one's residence).

it is required to change the DL address if the relocation is NOT a temporately.
i could setup a water bill in someone house without i really live in the house.
also, for GC holders, they are required to file AR-11 change address to INS after 10 days of move. they are required to do so even thought they move across the street.
