SIlly question but just want to make sure!
Our University defines clearly the role of post doc, Research Associate & research instructor. When i filed my GC in NOV 2004 i was post doc, later became RA and now they are promoting me to RI....till RA it was fine as it was same kind of job...........now RI means (in addition to good raise) additional job responsibilities......My GC (read I-485) is pending ....will that effect my job related queries with INS? well i am with same employer with same research project!! any ideas experts!!!
