Promotion on L1 when there is an H1 approval

Hi,
I am currently on L1(role is an senior software engineer). I have got an H1 approval with COS. My H1B validity starts from OCT-2011. After I got H1 approval, I got promoted now(new title would be Prinicipal Software engineer). If I go for stamping in OCT or NOV 2011. My H1B approval shows a different title then the one that will be mentioned in my employment letter. will that be a problem?

While going for Stamping have your Current title and salary clearly specified in the employment letter issued by your employer .
