Guys,
There are tremendous amount of letters floating around
I will paste Different beautiful letters posted by Solarise,rk4gc, becky, kashmir.... which we can use without thinking what we want to write.
Lets try to make this thread clean. If we have 10 sample letters with slightly different variations it would be great with differnet themes.
This project also encomposses providing info on Free Fax service.
So people will be two clicks away of sending faxes with whatever letter they choose on their discretion.
Lets make this Sample letter project a success.. and keep this thread clean.
Thx

Re: I-485 Adjudication After 3/9/2004 Deadline for TPS El Salvador

Dear Respected Director Don Neufeld;

We are very happy for the recent announcement by USCIS about
completion of "EL Salvador TPS" related extensions.

Now that CSC is done with "EL Salvador TPS", we hope you will
guide the CSC to use its resources to process 485 AOS cases, as
promised earlier by you.

We are eagerly waiting for a much awaited relief from the I-485
backlogs. As you have been promising repeatedly please use
your resources to bring I-485 processing times to 1 year in next 4
months i.e. by the beginning of FY2005.

I-485 cases have been treated a low priority in the last few years
and we think its time for I-485 cases to get the priority.

We urge you to give an update on your plan
when and how the new resources be allocated to reduce I-485 backlogs.

Best Regards,
