Baltimore Interviewees:
Did you notice that VSC has approved October
1999 I-485 applications? While the applicants
who were transferred in June (only one month they
did so) to Baltimore are still waiting. Any clue?
Strange situation.

Where did you see VSC 10/99 approvals? Lost of people applied I485 in 08/99. I do not see any approvals on these cases.

Hi:
I did not read it, but one of my colleagues who applied
in EB1 category in October 99 got approved on August 27.
That is what I presumed for others also. Because my
case in Baltimore, I didnot have the time to look and
categorize the number of Oct 99 cases approved. Yet
certainly, there are some cases of Oct 99 being approved.

Gama is right. I found that one of my colleagues also got
his I-485 (Sept. 24, 99) approved in the last week of August, 24 or 25.
So Baltimore is putting us on the hang.
