Reading some posts here, I think if i have to use AC-21, my new employer needs to pay me at least the same (what i get now) (OR) higher.
Some posts was mentioning that "proferred wages " need to match? ...
Also something needs to match as per LCA?
1). I do not have copy of LCA (employer will not give). Where else can i get this info?
2).Some employers are oaky to give a EVL letter. What else ( plus details) are needed from employers while filing AC-21??
( i have already invoked FOIA recently and waiting on it)
