Now that EB3 is current, I would imagine that all the 4 service centers would have a huge backlog to clear and processing is going to slow down tremendously. I guess we should all unite say under the flagship of ISN and try to ask senators and congressman and policy makers to do something about increasing this snail like processing speed. What happened to the 180 day processing or the 180 day job change? It seems that INS is not even following the law of the state which has been passed and are just taking their own time to first come up with a memo and then directives and then who knows what, they would just not follow the law. It\'s really hard to understand that how can INS not follow the law. I think that we all and ISN gotta start another campaign now or otherwise we would just keep hanging on......Please post your opinion on the same.
