Processing times

Was checking processing times for NSC.....on June 23rd they were processing cases from October 6th........now with new processing times on July12th they are processing Sept 12th?????

Does it make any sense?? could somebody explain

There was an error on the June 23rd report. Yes, thats what NSC says !!. The dates you see now is the correct report.

so the processing times for I-140 have not changed at all since May 04

seems like the Ohata memo is doing more harm than good
