Processing Times Update as of 09/30/2004
TSC is playing games by keeping the dates artificially low so that they dont get too many inquiries... they are processing/approving lot of 140 Mid to late Sep 03 cases, but the date is still stuck at Aug start. Smart cookies

140 progressed by 10.5 months in the last 21 months

I believe the processing dates are based on the last group of people. So even if they are processing sep cases but if they have some early aug filers yet to adjudicate they will publish that as processing date... I am talking about the norm and not about the cases that have fallen thru the cracks (which we see a lot sometimes)..
