Nice data !!

Only if you are a TSC rep. If you are an applicant, all you can say is BS !!

(at least as far as I-140 goes).

Sorry, but I am really frustrated with this.

Very Simple - KAILASHR is keeping track

What KailashR is doing is good stuff, he had just been keeping track of what is happening, everytime the INS BS is being updated.

But unfortunately, all that is bogus data.

For some reason USINS updates the reports - just for the heck of it. They don't even look at it before releasing the info.

I am sure many of us falling within those reported approved dates have not been really approved.

LET US STILL HOPE FOR THE BEST

It doesn't look like I-140 processing goes anywhere. But there's still a chance that they just do not update their database at all.

I don't understand your guys mentality. If it's bogus data, then why do you bother to come in, and lash out toward others. Why don't you go to INS office and yell into their faces?

If you claim INC posting fake data, you'd better give some proof and sue them. Otherwise you could be get sued. Look out your mouth.

The data that i am posting is based on dates published by BCIS. I have been lucky so far to get my applications approved by the process dates they publish. So i think its up to individuals to believe this data or call it BS, but i will keep doing it whenever there are updates available and my cases are pending.

Thanks y'all

Time will show

No one complained about the data, actually we all said it is interesting and appreciated. My applications are being approved by processing time except for the I-140 (where many cases prior to the processing date are still pending).

All you have to do is check the recent approvals for I-140. If you can point me to any, I would love to see them.

imba9900,

Who is lashing towards who ? did I miss anything, the BS was for TSC and not the data kailashr is posting.

Sue BCIS, that is funny.... why do you think their is a complaint and a hearing date on June 3rd ? And I bet they will use similar stats to the ones tracked by kailashr to prove they are working on backlogs. But in reality, as far as I-140 goes, they are still behind.

You will not understand until the processing date has passed yours and you are still pending. You will call TSC and you will request enquiry after another (30 days interval) with no solid response other than, it is not assigned yet.
You will send a letter to the senator, and will get the same response.

Anyhow, not trying to put your hopes down, and I hope all get approved soon.

Good luck !!

Let us stop this and move on

Hi All,

Keeping all this aside.

Can any of you guys, whose 140 case have been approved, please post the details. Especially within the last 90 days.

That way we will really know how many cases are still pending with TSC, inspite of their published report.

Service Center?
Notice Date?
Receipt Date?
EB 1/2/3 - ?

My CASE DETAILS:

Service Center - TSC
Notice Date/Receipt Date: Mar 10, 2003
Case - PENDING?
EB -3

1. Does anybody have a clue "How the I140 cases filed in Jan/Feb/Mar 2004 got approved already?" (immigrationwatch.com)

2. Do you guys tried to use INS case scanner Excel sheet? It is not working anymore sicne they changed the website (online case status), which now includes dynamically generated session-id.
