I-485 processing times - how to interpret?
Excuse me if it has been already asked but I am confused...
Specific example: In Philadelphia as of February 21, they are processing forms I-485 submitted by July 21 (some 180 days).
Does that mean that I will receive my interview notice around the 180th day since ND or will our interview be scheduled around the 180th day since ND (therefore, interview notice should arrive after some 120 days since ND)?
