Processing times Help Please

I sent my I-485 application on March 11, got receipt for EA, but not for I-485.
1.How long will it take until I receive it?
2.What happens if I get fired before the 180 days? or if I change jobs before the 180 days? And my GC gets approved before then?
3.Does my country of birth influence the processing time?
4.Has anyone\'s GC gotten approved before 6months?
I greatly appreciate all of your help, my attorney is not too helpful.

(based on the number of cases they have in their mail room).
