Processing times for all 3 - when H4 and H4 EAD is bundled with H1 transfer

Hi there,

I would like to know what is the processing times for H4 EAD when it is bundled with H1 b transfer?

I’m on F1 and my husband is in process of bundling my h4 and h4 ead with his h1 transfer in premium processing as per the USCIS January 2023 rule

Will india travel be required for stamping or biometric? How fast can we get all 3 processed?
