I am a U.S Citizen & I sponsored my parents for their GC in Jan 2002. I filed the I-130 & I-485 at the Dallas District Office. Needless to say, I have not heard anything from INS since then. Do the processing times for the TSC apply to applications filed at the Dallas District Office as well? Thanks.
