I am a registered nurse in CA. I would like to work in CT or NJ area,,and I am planning to endorse my license here...can anybody tell me which is the fastest state to issue Green Card to RNs. I heard that Ny takes only few weeks,,is there any other state which takes only few months...?? I already have Visa screen Certificate. Thanks a lot.

hi. the three states that you mentioned NY, CT, NJ all process the applications at vermont service center.
