What do we mean by this:
Your case will take between 360 and 360 days. Does it mean one year or two years?

No it means it will take around one year to process. It makes more sense when the two number of days are different :)

360-360 days

Mine says 360-360 days as well. I got an RFE after 3 months. That means somebody in the office did check my application after 3 months... I have NO idea how long mine will take. Please wish me luck. When did you file, NYW-new ?

Hi GInCA,

I filed I-140/485 in March 26 2004.Got AP EAD Approved.My Company is not doing well.I-140 processing time is not moving a little bit.I cant switch!!!What we can do??My status for I-140 is changed to 270-360 days.Now it is changed to 360-360 days.

140 stucked peoples
Processing dates has been updated Aug 09, 2004 but in CA center 140 date didn't get changed, dont know what the hell is going for 140 in CA service center. In vermont date changed to Feb.27, 04.

It seems for 140 in CA Service center kuch bhi hone wala nahi hai.............
