Processing Time Priority between EB2 and EB3

Folks,

Is there any Priority in EAD , AP or I-140 approvals depending on the category that you apply under .

I have applied under EB3 for my 485/ 140 / EAD and AP and was not sure if there exist any diffrence in the processing times.

Of course I-140 does... You can check the website for different processing time. Search this forum and you will see Eb-2 and Eb-3 are crying over slow processing of their cases.

EAD and AP officially do not have different processing time but then you don't know how BCIS handle the cases internally.
 
Thanks . I understand that there is processing differenceses , but is one better than the other or is it the same for both the categories .

Currently at VSC, EB3 is better than Eb2.. Said that EB-2 is gaining some momentum....so who knows what will happen in next 3-6 months...


This information is again available on the published processing time... Did you check the processing time ?
