Processing time of N-400

Is there anyone who can depict a good picture as to how long the Processing time in Pennsylvania is (Vermont Svc Ctr) from
mailing the N-400 till the Oath ceremony?

That is because N-400 timing is controlled by the district BCIS office and not the service center. Service center just acts like a clearing house to get documents in order and send FP notice, etc.
