I got married with US citizen in China in 2001 and filed 130 to TX service center in Dec.2001. Later I entered US with K3 visa in May.2003 with 130 still pending. I filed 485 in Houston this July. So far my 130 has been pending for 24 months. Does anybody have any idea about how long it still will take for this 130 to be approved. Anybody sent 130 to TX service center give me timeline for reference? And how about 485's processing time based on marriage with k3 visa currently. Is it true that they wont put 485 into processing till 130 get approved first?Thanks a lot for your advice.
