Processing time : MS + 2 years exp

My PERM (EB2, MS + 2 years Exp ) application was filed on Feb 6, 2007. I think this is level III job requirement. Any idea, how much time DOL will take to process ? Do you see some delays due to Level III job requirement ?

Processing times vary based on the analyst reviewing the case. From our experience, cases don't pend for any additional amount of time based on the requirements unless they are really obscure. We have had level IV's approved in a day.

it it based on salary ? or based on LCA ..?

2.once we apply for labor do we get any EAC no or LIN number ?

3. what is this priority dates every one is talking about?
 
re: gc questions

1. Ask your attorney/company - usually a Bach + 1 is level I; Bach + 5 is level IV; Mast + 1 usually level II -- again, this is all "usually" based on my experience with how the prevailing wages come back.
2. No. You will get an A# or a C# based on which Dept. of Labor your case is filed at (if Chicago, C#, if Atlanta, A#).
3. Priority date is the date of filing of the Labor.
