Processing Time Increased on Online Status

I was checking my case status online and I noticed the change in timing for processing. This timing is in days.

Process Old Time New Time

EAD 90 120
I-140 280 360
I-485 660 720
AP 150 180-220

Anybody else noticed this change in processing times.

I have done concurrent filing in Sept 2003.

Don't sweat on it... I guess its the same for all:

Here's mine:

It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
 
No shit...mine says 999 days. May be in the future it will say "this type of application will take for ever or your lifetime, whichever is sooner... you will be awarded your GC posthumously..please indicate in your application whether you will be buried or cremated and if your GC should be given to a designated person such as your grandson/daughter or dropped into your coffin."
 
I would'nt reach much into this but on a positive side they have reieterated that by 2004 september the processing will be 6 months so basically from april to sep in 5 months they will clear all the backlog?
I would be happy if they stayed 2 years in processing. 6 months is beyond their capability and wishful thinking I hope i eat my words
 
It's definitely true since BCIS sometimes process certain type of case faster and sometimes slower. The processing period varies from time to time. There is a website (http://www.immigrationwatch.com/) which is monitoring this trend and providing an expectable processing time on real-time base.
 
Mine is 730 to 730 days.

Mine also went up from 660 to 730. BTW, I'm not sure if 730 is really 2 years as they might not count weekends/holidays.

Exclude Holidays!!!!

52 weekend * 2 + 15 holidays!!!! = 120 days

So add 120 days every year!!! So it would be 730+ 240++ = 999+++ days!!!!
