Processing time in California

Hi ,

What is a Notice Date ??

I filed for my I-485 on Dec 8th\'2000 and received a Receipt date of Dec 28th\'2000.

My Priority Date is May 19th\'1999.

I checked the Visa Bulletins recently and I see that the Case Date is slipping backwards , not forwards.

Has anyone got approved in the last six months and can you tell me how long it took you ??
