I filed my i140 and 1485 on April 11 2005 under EB3 at the VSC and got my I140 approved very fast. Got my EAD and got my finger printing done too. My question is when i check on the processing dates, it shows that the center is now processing June 12, 2005 applications but i have not heard anything from the center. On my online case status it just mentions they are processing and shall let me know once they are done.
When i asked my attorney he told me because i hold a Kenyan nationality it takes time.
I am really confused and shall appreciate if someone can answer my question.
