I have a question about the processing time of those without FP. I noticed most of them got FP notice, with a date of early March, plus the FP processing time, which means their cases will not be returned to INS for final approval for at least a month. Then will they continue to send out FP notice for Nov. 99 while waiting for those Oct.99\'s FP cases back?
I know for people from countries other than India and China already got the FP done, and will get final adjudication soon, but I guess the number of these cases are smaller compared to India and China cases. say, it might take them 1 month to finish all these cases, and still the FP results of those indians and Chinese might not come back. So they will sit there do nothing or will go to the next month? any guess?
Too bad, the FP is a mistake made by VSC only, and the people have to pay the extra one to two month price.
