Processing time for response to RFE on I-140

Hello all,

I have received an "ability to pay" RFE for my EB2 I-140. We are preparing our response with all the required documents.

My question is how quick would I get a decision after we file our response to the RFE? Is it worth upgrading my I-140 to premium processing now?


Any experiences, comments would help.. Thanks,

FYI - I-140 PP is temporarily suspended till August 1, 2007. Therefore I woud wait it out.
