Processing time for J-2 EAD

Hi all, any idea on how long does it take to process a J2 EAD at Texas centre? On the website it says a time frame of three months. Anybody got it faster? Or does it take the exact time shown in the USCIS website? Appreciate your replies
 
3 months is usually the maximum time frame. Texas usually issues them in 8-10 weeks if not before. Usually.

Hi, my J2 EAD has finally arrived. Thought I shall post the time frame for any future J2 EAD applicants.

Application received by Texas Centre: Sept 12

EAD reached home : November 3

In case someone reads this post and in case they need infor about Vermont Site.

Application received by USCIS: dec 19th 2007

Notice date: Dec 20th (they will send you a notification saying they received it, that doesnt mean anything)

EAD approved: Jan 24th ----------I think i was lucky!!!------

EAD received: Jan 30th
