Does anyone have experience in I140 EB1A appeal? How long does it take in the AAO? How to report address change? Send the new address to the previous service center or directly to the AAO?

If your I140 EB11-EA was denied not in VSC but at a different service center - you most probably have to make an appeal through that center. Was your I140 denied after an RFE? Based on your credentials or due to not answering RFE on time?
I am not sure about the time frame for appeal - try to post your question in "National Interest Waver and EB1" forum which is located two lines up from "I140 issues" forum under the "Immigrant Visas (Green Cards)"
