Processing time for I-130 - is it a mistake on USCIS website?

According to USCIS processing time for Vermont Center, the processing date for i130 (US citizen filing for sibling) is July 28, 2016. My receipt date is Sept 2013. However, i have not received any correspondence? Has anyone else faced same issue or has anyone received any notifications recenly?

Currently taking 94-122 months for processing sibling petitions at Vermont https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
There is no hurry because it has been taking over 14 years for PDs to get current anyway (longer for india, Mexico, Philippines). Shorter processing time would not move the case any faster. The longer processing time is actually beneficial if there are derivatives in danger of aging out as it gives them more protection under CSPA.
